Bit of History

BEST Novi Sad has been founded on 19th September 2005, when few ambitious students wrote the application and apply for observer status in BEST. It was just a begining of really nice story in Novi Sad. The first event that LBG Novi Sad has been organized was regional meeting of South-East region in April 2006. Around 35 besties, gathered in small city near Novi Sad to discuss about proposals for next GA in Zagreb. One of those proposals was if observer Novi Sad should be baby member. Soon later that month it happens, and we became baby. Status of baby member of BEST just gave us wind in our wings to continue in making strong organization at University of Novi Sad. The most important event happened in March 2007 when we organized our first BEST Sp Course "Brainspoting". Few months afterwords, GA France happened and we became full which is our current status

Biggest achievement

BEST Novi Sad is really proud on our Autumn course 2008 "beCeramical" because that course change whole perception of BEST Courses. We succeed to organize course about ceramic material with a lot of practical work, and finally with reconstructing of an ugly and old fountain in student campus at University of Novi Sad. Participants have learned how to make ceramic tile, how to decorate it and how to stick it on the real building. That course left a mark in life of generations of students in Novi Sad since the fountain will always remind people that there had been organized 'beCeramical" BEST course. From now on it will be regular stop on every city rally on our events.
