ESMT Masters in Management (MiM) Program
The Masters in Management is a 24-month, pre-experience program, designed to teach students how to enhance the skills, developed in undergraduate work, and use them in an applied business management setting.
The program is designed for students holding bachelor degree in any subject and having little or no business experience.
The two-year program is taught in English and includes internships and projects of up to 11 months in global corporations or Berlin start-ups. In the first year students choose one of two learning streams: innovative management or quantitative business. Subsequently, in the second year they specialize in entrepreneurship and innovation, global and digital strategy, business analytics or finance and investments. The next intake is in September 2017. ESMT Full-time MBA Program
ESMTs MBA program takes a general management and personal growth and development approach. Throughout the one-year program in Berlin, the MBA enables students to work with diverse teams, discover their drives and limits, and challenge conventional thinking. Moreover, Students complete unparalleled coaching, teambuilding, and reflection seminars that are fully integrated into the course lecture schedule. Candidates should have at least 3 years of full-time, post-graduate work experience.

Executive Education: The ESMT open enrollment program offers managers a hands-on, collaborative learning environment that combines cutting-edge business strategy with socially responsible leadership. Seminars are in German (by USW Netzwerk) and in English. ESMT Customized Solutions offer tailor-made programs. Program modules are prepared in advance, in consultation with company representatives.
